Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Broadbill Fishing Charters, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please review our booking and cancellation policy below: Booking Policy A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Full payment is due at the time of the charter, unless otherwise arranged. Cancellation Policy Free Cancellation: Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled departure time and receive a full refund. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: Guests who do not show up for their booking without prior notice will be charged 100% of the charter cost. Weather & Safety Charters may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at the captain’s discretion. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
